Lazar Muscle Lab provides science-based digital fitness content through the Continuum subscription platform.
Our services include:
Access to digital training programs designed for hypertrophy, strength, and body recomposition.
Membership tiers with varying access levels and durations.
Educational materials and tools for training optimization.
All products and services are entirely digital.
We do not provide in-person coaching, nutrition plans, or physical products.
We offer the following membership plans:
Starter: €25/month (initial €15/month for early members)
Momentum: €75 (includes 3 paid + 2 free months), then automatically renews at €25/month
Full Transformation: €150/year (includes 6 paid + 6 free months), then automatically renews at €25/month
Pricing and plan structures may change over time. Updates apply only to new members, while existing members retain their original terms.
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
There is no free trial, only paid promotional periods as described above.
Users will receive an email notification before the first recurring monthly charge begins after a paid trial period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on our website.
After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We offer a 30-day refund window for your first subscription payment if you change your mind and no longer wish to be a member.
Refunds do not apply to subsequent renewals.

The brand names “Lazar Muscle Lab,” “Muscle Lab Continuum,” “Pure Hypertrophy Formula,” “Powerbuilding Hybrid Method,” “Anabolic Overload Formula,” “Glute Peak Factory,” “Quad Mass Factory,” and other related materials are registered or protected brand identifiers of ML Digital LLC.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or adaptation of these materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

We do not store full payment details on our servers.
