REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Lazar Muscle Lab, operated by ML Digital LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We value your trust and satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our Continuum subscription service.

By purchasing and using our services, you agree to the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only for the first month of your Starter membership and must be requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • The request must include your full name and email address used during checkout.

  • A brief explanation of the reason for cancellation is appreciated but not required.

Refunds will be issued for the full amount minus Stripe processing fees, as these fees are non-refundable by Stripe.

Refund requests for paid trial offers (such as Momentum or Full Transformation) or renewed monthly subscriptions are not eligible for refunds.


2. Renewals and Automatic Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each paid period unless canceled in advance.
Refunds will not be granted for automatically renewed monthly payments after the first billing cycle.

You can cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard on our website.
Upon cancellation, access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.


3. Refund Process

All refund requests are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on Stripe’s processing times.
Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method.


4. Duplicate or Technical Charges

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same product or encounter a technical billing error, please contact us immediately.
Duplicate or erroneous transactions will be refunded in full once verified.


5. Results-Based Guarantee

An additional results-based guarantee applies under the specific terms outlined on our official landing page:

Refunds under this guarantee are not automatic and require proof that the participant followed the program guidelines for the minimum period specified on that page.


6. Digital Product Policy

All Lazar Muscle Lab content is digital.
Because access to materials is granted immediately after purchase, content cannot be “returned.”
Refunds are therefore offered as a courtesy exception under the conditions listed above.

Unauthorized use, distribution, or copying of digital materials after requesting a refund is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.


7. Updates to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
By continuing to use our services after updates are posted, you accept the revised terms.
